TECHNICAL FEATURES
OPERATION
When the turn signal switch is activated, the control
unit starts keeping time. The two sensors send infor SPEEDOMETER SOLENOID mation to the control unit which then determine
when the turn signal should be cancelled. The control unit applies electric current to the solenoid switch at that time which returns the turn signal switch knob to the center position.

< CANCEL RANGE BY SPEED >
There are three circumstances that the control 'unit will cancel a turn signal.
They are:
CANCEL RANGE
(1) 5 km/h (3 mph)
(2) 10 km/h (6 mph)
(3) 20 km/h (12 mph)
(4) 40 km/h (25 mph)
(5) 60 km/h (36 mph)

STEERING ANGLE OF HANDLE BARS (DEG)
1) When the steering angle, length of time of the steering angle and road speed are in the cancellation area shown in the graphs.
2) If it has been more than 5 seconds since the turn signal switch was activated and road speed is more than 45 km/h (28 mph).
3) If the motorcycle travels more than 120 m (394 ft) after the turn signal was activated and road speed is less than 45 km/h (28 mph).
