V45 FRONT WHEELSUSPENSION ORIFICE CHECK BALL Remove the orifice setting plate screws, setting plate and orifice. Check the orifice for clogging by applying compressed air. Also check the orifico for damage and replace if necessary. Remove the check valve setting screw, valve spring and check ball. VALVE SPRING Assemble the anti-dive case in the reverse order of disassembly. NOTE: Apply a Thread Lock Agent to the threads of the screws and socket bolts before assembly. Apply ATF to the piston and piston 0-ring. Apply silicone grease to the pivot bolt collar. Instan the pivot bolt collar boot holder as shown. CASE Check the operation of the collar and piston.
