My Mama’s Bread (from SpringG) 3 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp salt 2 tbs sugar 1 egg 1 tsp yeast 1 tbs butter 1 cup warm milk Mix ingredients, knead for at least five minutes and set aside to rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes or until doubled in size. Punch down, place in a standard bread pan and let rise again. When doubled in size, cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush top with butter. Also makes about 12 yummy dinner rolls!
